LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
Hold the tip at approximately a 45-degree angle over a candle, match, or lighter. Allow it to catch for about 20–30 seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the stick smolders. Move the smoke through your space while focusing on your intention. When finished, press the burning end firmly into a fire-safe container filled with sand or soil until fully extinguished.

FIRE SAFETY
Burn only in a well-ventilated area. Use a fireproof container. Never leave a burning or smoldering stick unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Confirm that the ember is completely extinguished after use.
